The suites are housed within Villa Fattorusso, a 19th-century historic residence carved into the tuff rock of Posillipo and overlooking the emerald waters of the bay. The estate unfolds across terraced levels and landscaped gardens filled with lemon trees, olive groves, and vineyards.

Suite del Noce is the first and the largest of our accommodations. Once a stone wine cellar, it has been elegantly transformed into a two-level retreat through eco-conscious restoration, preserving its original charm while embracing natural materials and a contemporary aesthetic.
On the ground floor, a generous living area with a kitchenette and two sofa beds opens to the private garden. A sculptural steel staircase leads to the upper floor, where a tranquil double bedroom and a modern bathroom await.

Torre Est e Torre Ovest are both double-height suites carved into the original tuff stone towers of Villa Fattorusso. Once structural walls of the upper terraces, these historic spaces have been transformed into refined, character-filled retreats. Natural materials and eco-conscious architecture ensure a healthy, harmonious atmosphere that blends perfectly with the villa’s timeless charm.
Torre Est
Perched just above the saltwater pools of Baia delle Rocce Verdi, Torre Est features a private panoramic terrace that opens into a light-filled living area with a kitchenette. On the upper level, a bathroom and a master bedroom offer spectacular sea views that truly take your breath away.
Torre Ovest
Set in a more secluded corner of the estate, Torre Ovest opens onto a small private garden, leading to an intimate living area with a kitchenette. Upstairs, a bathroom and a romantic master bedroom enjoy a charming view of the sea — peaceful, picturesque, and utterly serene.

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Baia delle Rocce Verdi beach club welcomes you to spend your days in the sun, enjoying the sea, good food, and relaxation in one of the most picturesque corners of the Posillipo coast. Between panoramic terraces and tuff cliffs, you can sunbathe on our comfortable sun loungers, relax in the seawater pools, and dive into the crystal-clear green sea surrounding the bay. Every day at the beach club is a unique and revitalizing experience.
It is possible to park your car in the resort’s private car park at a cost of €7 per day for cars and €5 for motorcycles and scooters.

Alternatively, you can arrive at 68 Via Posillipo, drive through the gate, continue downhill until you reach the alternating traffic light, which regulates access to the resort’s parking lot.
