The beachfront suites at Baia delle Rocce Verdi are located inside Villa Fattorusso, a historic 19th-century residence in Posillipo.
The villa, nestled into the tuff rock and overlooking the green waters of the bay, is structured across multiple levels and terraces. It is surrounded by a large estate filled with citrus groves, olive trees, and vineyards, which helps maintain a pristine natural environment, right within the city of Naples. The Suite del Noce fits perfectly into this setting as a private space, immersed in greenery and far from city noise.
A seafront suite in total tranquility
The layout of the Suite del Noce allows you to experience the sea with no schedule, without sacrificing moments of privacy and relaxation thanks to its private garden area. The private beach grants access to the sea and kayak rentals all year round. During the warm season, our beach club (open from 8 AM to 5 PM) offers saltwater pools and comfortable spots equipped with sun loungers and cushions to enjoy your day by the water. All this without ever needing to move your car—practically barefoot.
Perfect for long weekends and extended stays
The Suite del Noce is designed for stays of at least 2 nights, but it truly shines during longer visits. It is ideal for:
- Spending a long weekend in beautiful Posillipo;
- Staying right by the sea without having to think about your car;
- Resting between a kayak excursion and snorkeling in the Gaiola Underwater Park;
- Taking rejuvenating breaks while visiting the wonders of Naples.
The Suite del Noce: a two-level home with a private garden
The Suite del Noce is the first and largest of the suites created within the Bay. Originally an ancient tuff stone cellar, it was restored and renovated in 2010 according to green building principles to create a cool, welcoming space in harmony with the environment. In 2026, it was refreshed to offer an even more welcoming experience.
The suite is spread over two levels:
- Ground floor: Large living room with a kitchenette, two sofa beds, and a bathroom;
- First floor: Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, a private garden with an outdoor dining area allows you to eat al fresco and enjoy the space in complete autonomy. It is the perfect solution for anyone looking for a small holiday home for their seaside vacation in Posillipo.
